Connect with APN: Celloneportal
Open Firefox or Chrome enter below proxy and port.
Proxy: 192.168.87.163
Port: 8080
Home Page: wap.yahoo.com OR Any Working Homepage.
To Implement Setting In Firefox go to Option > Advance > Network > Settings
To Implement Setting In Chrome go to Settings > Show advanced settings > Change Proxy Setting.
For downloading enter same proxy and port in IDM

Create a new Configuration Settings on your Mobile

Account name: trickscreators
Access Point: Celloneportal
Proxy: 192.168.87.163
Port: 8080
Home Page: wap.yahoo.com OR Any Working Homepage
